Challenge: Is a difficult problem to be faced
Globalization: Globalization is an economic, technological, social and cultural scale, which is the increased communication and interdependence among countries of the world uniting their markets, societies and cultures, through a series of social transformations, economic and political wich have a global character
Education: Is the multidirectional process by which transmit knowledge, values, customs and ways of acting. Education not only occurs through the word is present in all our actions, feelings and attitudes. Is the process of bonding and cultural awareness, moral and behavioral. So, through education, new generations assimilate and learn the knowledge, behavior, ways of being and ways of seeing the world of previous generations, as well as creating new ones.
Challenge 2
Internationalization: Has been viewed as a process of increasing involvement of enterprises in international marets, although there is no agreed definition ofinternationalization or international entrepreneurship. There are several internationalization theories which try to explain why thwrw are internacional activities.

Integration: multifactorial, dynamic process which allows marginal people enjoy sociovital minimum level of welfare achieved in a specific country.
Challenge 3
Accommodation: The adaptation of the individual to the envoronment, changing of the structure already developed in relation to new conditions in the environment.
Assimilation: In the individual´s adaptation of impressions from the environment into previously developed psychological structures. By means of this assimmilation is additions and extenions to existing cognitive schemes or knowledge structures. In the context of assimmilation one could talk of learning by addition.
Culture shock: Is the result of a series of disorienting encounters that occu when an individual´s basic values, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour are challenged by a different set of values, beliefs, and behaviours. Although values are tipically unacknowledged until challenged, they are the cornerstones of our being and behaviour.
Cultural self-awareness:When we are out of touch with our own culture and its influence on us, however, it is impossible to work effectively with people whose culture differ from our own. Cultural self-awareness is the first step in intercultural effectiveness.
Prejuicies: Is the formation of a concept or opinion about something in advance, before time, and involves the development of a view or opinion about a person or situation before meeting
Challenge 4
Culture: Is the set of all forms, models or patterns, explicit or implicit, through which a society governs the behavior of individuals within it. As such it includes customs, practices, codes, standards and rules of the manner, dress, religion, rituals, norms of behavior and belief systems.
Dilemma: A dilemma is a problem that can be solved by various solutions, none of which is fully acceptable
Ritual: A ritual is a series of actions, performed mainly for their symbolic value. These are actions which are based on a belief
Challenge 5:
Identity culture: Is the set of values, pride, traditions, symbols, beliefs and modes of behavior which operate as a cohesive element within a social group and they act as a substrate for his individuals and it forms the basis for their sense of belonging.
Hybridity culture: Economic and symbolic reconfiguration of the members of a society who have new images of other societies. Is a culture wich results from the union of two cultures.
Community: A community is a group of individuals who have things in common (language, customs, values, tasks, world view, age, geography, social status, roles)
Usually a community creates a common identity by the differentiation of other groups or communities (signs or actions) and is shared and developed for her members.
Diaspora: Is the dispersion of ethnic or religious groups who have left their original place and they are spread around the world, living among people which are not their condition.
Cosmopolitanism: Is a theory and analysis approach which holds that all types of races are part to only one community, based on a morality

Developing countries:Country with a high standard of living and a very high human development
Developed countries:countries where their "economies" are in "economic development based on a state of underdevelopment

Diversity: cultural change, both globally and in some areas where there is interaction of different cultures coexisting.
Any person is exactly like another, even within relational communities is found a strong variation, this is particularly noticeable in humans.
Allows us to indicate, mark or talk about the variety and difference that can make some things together, but also comes in handy when trying to point out the abundance of different things that live in a particular context.
