Cultural diversity is a great benefit in the enrichment of people.
We have to teach students that they can learn from the differences between humans and to do this gives better results than hating all people of another race.

It's very nice that everyone can use their language, their culture and their religion without fear, because they feel at home and comfortable, but if we want that they can do this it is important to teach people to respect human differences.
Many people see the diversity of languages and ways of life is seen as a drawback, as a threat, as a danger. And really is important refuse the criticism of cultural diversity as a cause of conflict.
Are the attempts to suppress the diversity that creates problems when it exalts "self" as the only good, true, and you want to change others by force. Or when you consider that the others represent "evil", the cause of our problems, and look for the "solution"in its crushing.
In this course, I share class with Germans, Danish, Belgians, Austrians, Turks ... and our different cultures have not prevented the goal is achieved which is that a teacher teaches his topic and that students assimilate knowledge and cooperate between us with work groups.

The diversity does not create problems, these problems are created by people who fight it in a stupid way.
